Create the vehicle
Add the vehicle, photo, odometer, units, and the vehicle type so fuel or charging tools appear correctly.

Enable the items that apply to that vehicle. You can keep defaults, track extra items, or add custom categories with Pro.

Attach proof
When you log service, add costs, notes, service center, warranty context, and receipts while the details are fresh.

Use the history later
Use analytics, records, receipts, and exports to understand the vehicle instead of relying on memory.
Common questions
Why do some features ask for location?
Location is used for optional trip tracking and distance estimation. You can use CarMGT without enabling trip tracking.
Can I use CarMGT if I do my own maintenance?
Yes. CarMGT is especially useful for DIY work because you can keep parts, fluids, receipts, notes, and intervals tied to the vehicle.
Can I export my records?
Yes. CarMGT supports readable PDF exports and CSV exports for people who want spreadsheet-level control.
